Description

This is our custom bolt-on e46 nonM turbo kit. Accordingly select options below to create your own version of our turbo kit to meet your goals for your E46 rwd 3 series. Although this kit requires no fabrication, it does require drilling the oil pan for the drain hole. Correspondingly, the fitting is included in this kit, that’s as close to fabrication as it gets.  Likewise, all of our charge pipes, inlet pipes and downpipes are fully fabricated and are ready for installation upon delivery.

Compatible with all obd2 nonM m5x engines, from m52 to native m52tu and m54 to single vanos US S52 M3 engine.

chassis: e46 323i/323ci, e46 328i/328ci, e46 325i/325ci, e46 330i/330ci

native engines: m52tub25, m52tub28, m54b25, m54b30

swaps that need sorting out crank sensor: m50, m50tu, US s50, some aluminum m52

Retrofitted e46 to ms41 will work as well. MS45 not supported. 

Following assembly and tuning, the result is a finished, tuned, ready turbo car making between 350-800whp depending on engine and turbo configuration.

Air Conditioning (AC) Compatible!

This kit is easily installed while retaining all factory air conditioning lines and without changing or even opening the A/C system, resulting in a turbo build made to be driven year round! Don’t trade the most important human invention in humid and hot places for a turbo setup, have both.

The base turbo of this configuration is a Pulsar GTX Gen 2 “3076”, all base turbos come optioned with a .82 ar t3 turbine housing. While the configurator on this page gives a fair bit of variety, there’s more: inventive upgrades and changes are available on request, however price increases may apply, please contact us for any such queries.
